Rates
Individual Counseling: $85.00 per 50-minute session
Couples Counseling: $95.00 per 50-minute session

Insurance
As an "In-Network" provider for most of the major insurance plans offered for mental health services a copay is all that will be neccessary to cover your sessions with me.  I am credentialed with many different EAP's which usually offer a limited number of sessions for free. Most insurance companies do not provide benefits for couples counseling.  Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my co-pay?
• Is there a deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment
Cash and checks are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.  Insurance does not pay for missed sessions.
